Meals
We provide healthy breakfasts and lunched at the center.
Exercise
We exercise together at the center every day; this includes tai chi and breathing exercises.
Transportation
We provide transportation to and from the center.
English Class
For those that are interested, we provide English language classes and Chinese calligraphy classes.
Activities
We also offer fun activities such as mahjong, Bingo and singing.
Sightseeing
We take our participants to field trips and sightsee around Denver (museums, parks, gardens, etc.)
